HustleWave will design and build a high-converting, professional website for your business. This is a done-for-you service — we handle everything from strategy to launch so you can focus on running your business.

Your package includes:

• A custom-designed, mobile-responsive website tailored to your business
• Conversion-optimized layout built to generate calls, bookings, or inquiries
• Professional copywriting and content placement
• Contact forms, click-to-call buttons, and lead capture elements
• Basic SEO setup (meta titles, descriptions, and site structure)
• Google Business Profile connection (if applicable)
• 24–48 hour turnaround from onboarding to launch

HustleWave operates on a simple, transparent pricing model:

The setup fee is due before work begins. The monthly retainer covers hosting, maintenance, minor updates, and ongoing support. Monthly billing begins once the site is live.

To deliver your site on time and on point, we'll need a few things from you during onboarding:

• Your business name, phone number, email, and physical address (if applicable)
• A brief description of your services and what makes you different
• Any logos, brand colors, or photos you'd like us to use
• Access to your domain registrar (if you already own a domain)
• Timely responses to questions or review requests (within 24–48 hours)

Our standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from the time we receive your information and payment. You'll receive a preview link to review the site before it goes live.

You'll get one round of revisions included in the setup fee. Additional revision rounds or major design changes may incur extra charges, which we'll communicate upfront before any work is done.

• Minor text and image updates (up to 2 per month)

You own your business content — your text, photos, logos, and branding. HustleWave retains ownership of the website code, design templates, and any proprietary frameworks used to build your site.

If you cancel your monthly retainer, the website will be taken offline. You'll retain the right to your original content and can request a copy of any text or images provided.

You can cancel your monthly retainer at any time with 15 days' written notice. There are no long-term contracts or hidden fees.

HustleWave is a website design and development service. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or lead volumes. While our sites are built to convert, outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and operations.

HustleWave's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding any claim.

All project communication will take place via Slack. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday).

Emergency requests — site down, broken functionality — will be prioritized and addressed as quickly as possible.

This document serves as a courtesy agreement between HustleWave and the client. It is not a formal legal contract but outlines the expectations, deliverables, and terms of the working relationship.

By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges they have reviewed and understood the terms outlined in this agreement.
